Fees for Accreditation

  • Accreditation manual: $180
  • Updated manual and forms: Free for 3 years following purchase of accreditation manual. Please contact the Commission office when you are ready to begin the process to ensure you have the most current version of the manual.
  • Application Fee (due 2 months prior to site visit):

-  $1000 for 1 year accreditation (new centers with <100 births or open <1 year)
-  $1500 for 1 to 3 year accreditation (centers previously accredited for 1 year)
-  $1700 for 3 year accreditation (established centers seeking initial accreditation,  as well as re-accreditation)

  • Site Visit Fee (due 1 month prior to site visit):

-  $1530 for 1 year accreditation (new centers with <100 births or open <1 year)

-  $2350 for 1 to 3 year accreditation (centers previously accredited for 1 year)

-  $2700 for 3 year accreditation (established centers seeking initial accreditation, as well as re-accreditation)

  • Interim Status Report

Brief report required annually for the years in which no site visit is conducted

-  $200 (may be submitted via PayPal)

Important Notes:

    You ISR will not be considered submitted until you have both completed the online form AND paid the ISR fee.

  • Extension Fee

- A 6-month extension may be granted under special circumstances

- Extension must be requested in writing

- Extensions are not automatic but are granted by the CABC for compelling and extenuating circumstances.

- $855 for a maximum of six months extension
