In response to concerns and questions by CABC-accredited birth centers and Commissioners, the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers has done a complete review of our policies and process for review of complaints. In the interest of clarity and transparency, this issue of the CABC newsletter will feature the Complaint Review process.
